The new & improved Poker League started again in June. What counts this time round is the players’ individual performance.
The €27,000 Poker League is divided into three different categories: Featherweight, Middleweight and Heavyweight. The procedure in each category is as follows:
1. The player will continue to the final table (top 10), on every round 50% of the players will be eliminated.
2. Cash prizes will be paid to top 10 players according to their gained amount Poker League points. The 1st prize will go to that player who has managed to reach the final table and gained most Poker League points. The Poker League points are distributed according to the table below.
Registration:
Featherweight (pot €4,000): The required amount of VIP points for entering the Featherweight category is 25 VIP. The VIP points are to be gathered from the 1st of June 2010. The amount of players accepted in the Featherweight category is 2560, and the players are submitted in order of registration. The first tournament is called Featherweight 1, and you can register to that from the poker client tournament section, under “Specials”. The Featherweight league will start one week from the date the registration of the 2560 players required in this category is reached.
Middleweight (pot €8,000): The required amount of VIP points for entering the Middleweight category is 250. The VIP points are to be gathered from the 1st of June 2010. The amount of players accepted in the Middleweight category is 640, and the players are submitted in order of registration. The first tournament is called Middleweight 1, and you can register to that from the poker client tournament section, under “Specials”. The Middleweight league will start one week from the day the 640 players required in this category is reached.
Heavyweight (pot €15,000): The required amount of VIP points for entering the Heavyweight category is 1000. The VIP points are to be gathered from the 1st of June 2010. The amount of players accepted in the Heavyweight category is 320, and the players are submitted in order of registration. The first tournament is called Heavyweight 1, and you can register to that from the poker client tournament section, under “Specials”. The Heavyweight league will start one week from the day the 320 players required in this category is reached.
Note: The same player is eligible to participate in all categories of the Poker League. The prizes won from Poker league are not deductable from other possible bonuses.

Rules:
Only players from 24hPoker.com, Pokerihuone.com and c4a.com are eligible to participate in the €27,000 Poker League.
The same player can participate in all three different categories of the €27,000 Poker League. The players are accepted to the League according to their registration order. The tournament days will be announced by email and SMS within the week from when each required category covers its maximum registered player amount.
The required VIP points for participation are to be gained from the 1st of June 2010 onwards. Only VIP points from poker tournaments or poker cash game tables from that date onwards are counted towards this promotion.
In case of a tie between players’ final score, an average amount of their combined prizes will be paid out.
The €27,000 Poker League prizes are paid according to the leaderboard.
The prizes are paid according to the leaderboard in cash within a week from the end of each league to the players’ accounts.
The €27,000 Poker League prizes are not deductable from other possible bonuses.
